Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD) is a premier B school in India. Thirteen years into existence and driven by an unwavering focus on technology, entrepreneurship and a symbiotic relationship with the corporate world, it has grown in leaps and bounds and carved a niche for itself. SCMHRD possesses a passion for excellence and aspires to achieve the best. As a learning institute, its objective is to present the various facets of knowledge in a simple and comprehensive form to its students.
Extending the learning traditions outside of the classroom has always been our endeavor. NEEV – our annual fest is a step in this direction. A theme based inter collegiate event, NEEV seeks to bring together the students from the top B-schools of the country in an environment of intense competition and camaraderie. Various schools of strategy in business warfare reveal themselves as the competition goes on to encompass all aspects and nature of business.
The name holds a hidden meaning perceptible only to those who seek hard NEEV- Nurturing Endeavors and Ensuring Victory. Those who shall seek shall be rewarded with this wisdom.
Revived after a gap of five years Neev’06 was a huge success in terms of participation from premier B-Schools across the country, sponsorship from the top corporate houses of India and widespread media coverage.
SCMHRD continues this glorious legacy with Neev’07, with the theme as Cult. The story of mankind is characterized by upheavals and dramatic changes, but there are some things that remain unchanged – the urge to grow, fight and reconcile; the primitive struggle for survival.
