| Andrew Symonds thought he had sewn it up when he scored 117 runs for Hyderabad Deccan Chargers against Rajasthan Royals. But Shane Warne had the last laugh as he blasted the fellow-Australian to carve out a near-impossible win.
Chasing Hyderabad's 214-5, Jaipur scored 217-7 with one ball to spare.
It looked like it was all over for Jaipur when Shahid Afridi claimed the wickets of Mohd. Kaif and Graeme Smith in the same over. The RP Singh scored a great over, as he bowled Ravindra Jadeja and Dinesh Salunke was run out.
But Warne, with Pankaj Singh for company, pulled off a sensational win as VVS Laxman handed the ball to Symonds for the last over.
Earlier, Symonds scored a brilliant unbeaten 117 as Deccan Chargers were carried to a blinding 214-5 against Rajasthan Royals.
