| Now that Pervez Musharraf has called it a day and quit the Presidency of Pakistan, the big question everyone is asking - what will happen to Musharraf now? Will he risk staying on in Pakistan ?
In its history Pakistan has always has had a major problem with transition from one power to another. The new leaders either kill the old ones or send them into exile. Will Musharraf go into exile?
Well, deciding what to do with Musharraf is proving to be tough for the ruling coalition partners Asif Ali Zardari of the Pakistan People's Party and Nawaz Sharif of the PML-N.
They are meeting again in Islamabad on Tuesday to discuss the issue of whether Musharraf should be provided safe passage.
The coalition held discussions for over four hours on Monday after Musharraf announced his decision to step down but were unable to reach any conclusions.
They will also discuss the question of reinstating the Supreme Court judges sacked by Musharraf. The two partners have differences on this issue as well
