The leaders who left Samajwadi Party and joined other outfits have no value there, senior leader Azam Khan, whose expulsion was recently revoked by the SP, said on Thursday.
"The senior SP leaders, who left the party, are now in senior position in other parties but they do not have any value there. I had stopped them while they were leaving the party," Khan, who is expected to rejoin SP, said.
About Amar Singh, Khan said when he was expelled from SP, Amar had "danced" in the party office but "now he was raising my name as the next chief ministerial candidate from SP."
Taking potshots at Congress, he said it was not a national party now and has become a regional party with "say in some states".
