After 'Amanat's' death, Rapid Action Force deployed around India Gate: Latest developments

The 23-year-old medical student whose savage gang-rape on a moving bus provoked outrage and protests through India died early this morning in a hospital in Singapore. The Delhi government and police have appealed for calm and taken precautionary measures to avoid any untoward incident.
Here are the latest developments in the story:
Section 144 has been imposed around India Gate. Rapid Action Force has been deployed in the area.
Delhi Police has allowed Jantar Mantar and Ramlila Maidan as venues for protests.
Delhi Metro also announced the closure of 10 stations spread over three networks - Yellow, Blue and Violet. The stations are: Pragati Maidan, Mandi House, Barakhamba Road, Rajiv Chowk, Patel Chowk, Central Secretariat, Udyog Bhavan, Race Course, Jor Bagh and Khan Market.
A special chartered flight from India has been sent to Singapore to bring her body back. The flight is expected to reach Delhi this evening.
Delhi Police will add the charge of murder under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code against the six accused in the chargesheet which is expected to run to about 1000 pages.
