| Congress general secretary Digvijaya Singh today told NDTV that Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Congress chief Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi are working together for 2014 general elections.

•In 2008-09, Manmohan Singh was portrayed as PM but its not a personality that wins elections, the campaign, the party does
•People will like to see Rahul Gandhi as PM, but the issue is which party and how fast can it eradicate poverty, bring development and infrastructure
On Narendra Modi:
•Gujarat is not at the top in any of the indicators
•It is where it was when Modi came to power
•The country believes in the ideology is the Congress
•Congress believes that power should be used to empower the people
On contesting Lok Sabha elections:
•I would love to contest in the Lok Sabha election if given a chance. I will be ready to contest.
•I won't like to impose myself in Madhya Pradesh. It has a lot of bright, young leaders
