| Four young boys can be seen fanning a group of government officials in a video footage of a meeting in Uttar Pradesh's Shamli district.
The meeting was being chaired by the state's welfare secretary Sunil Kumar when he was in Shamli to review a development programme. The meeting was also attended by Shamli's District Magistrate Praveen Kumar.
In the video, four boys can be seen standing behind the officers, waving fans in a tent where the meeting was held.
The officials have refused to comment on the controversy
