| Chopper crashes in Siachen |
| A Cheetah helicopter of the Indian Air Force crashed in the main Siachen glacier and two pilots were reported missing.

| The chopper took off from the base camp situated at an altitude of 16,400 feet in and crashed at around 7:00 am (IST) in the central Siachen glacier, according to IAF sources.
The Army and IAF have launched a search operation to locate the missing pilots.
The cause of the crash is not known yet
