| A trial court in Mumbai will resume its hearing in the Pramod Mahajan murder case, which has seen key witnesses revealing crucial details that were reportedly not in their police statements.
On Wednesday, Pramod Mahajan's brother-in-law and BJP leader Gopinath Munde told the court that Mahajan had received a threatening SMS from his younger brother Pravin a week before the latter shot him.
Munde also corroborated Rekha Mahajan's statement in court that Pramod was killed because he refused to give his brother Rs one crore.
The prosecution believes both testimonies will boost their case against Pravin Mahajan.
