| The Delhi police has brought Babubhai Katara to his home constituency of Dahod in Gujarat for investigations into the emigration scam.
With local Congress workers planning to hold a demonstration at the Dahod railway station, the police took Katara off the train at a station before Dahod.
In Delhi, Katara's PA and two other accused will be produced in a court.
Katara was caught trying to take a woman and a teenager abroad on his wife and son's passports.
