| A total of 100 people were found guilty on various charges such as planting bombs, conspiring and helping conduct the blasts, and the process, which begins on Wednesday, could take several days.
''It will take more than 7-8 days or more to complete the quantum of sentences. The accused have been held guilty under different sections,'' said Farhana Shah, Defence Lawyer.
The guilty also include four members of the Memon family, who were all found guilty of conspiracy and storing arms and ammunition.
The prosecution has demanded the death penalty for them.
Among the others, 47 people have been convicted for planting bombs and conspiracy, including three accused who've got concessions - the rest could be sent to the gallows.
Five people have been found guilty under the Customs Act, who could receive a punishment between three to seven years, and four people including actor Sanjay Dutt were convicted under the Arms Act for which the punishment is a minimum of five years.
But all eyes are on Sanjay Dutt, who claims to have done much for society and has argued that under the Probations of Offenders Act, he should not be sent to jail.
Taking this cue, 70 others have also demanded that they be treated at par with the actor.
Now, it's for the court to decide who walks free and who does not.
