| Punjab's vigilance bureau has reportedly sent a list of questions to former chief minister Captain Amarinder Singh on the Ludhiana City Centre Scam and his alleged involvement in the hawala transactions worth Rs 52 crore.
The questionnaire comes after the vigilance bureau's interrogation of a businessman Chetan Gupta.
Gupta was arrested in Delhi last week in connection with the Ludhiana scam.
Sources have told NDTV that the vigilance bureau has found vital information on hawala transactions in a pen drive recovered from Gupta.
According to sources, the Hawala transactions have allegedly benefited Captain Amarinder and his family.
Punjab and Haryana High Court, meanwhile, has granted anticipatory bail to Captain Amrinder Singh's son Raninder Singh, whose name figures in the City Centre scam.
