| Former Chhattisgarh chief minister Ajit Jogi's son Amit Jogi has been let off the hook in the Ramavatar Jaggi murder case.
However, 28 other accused have been found guilty.
The CBI has expressed surprise at the judgment, since it was on the same evidence that Jogi was acquitted and the others convicted.
Jaggi, the Nationalist Congress Party's state unit treasurer, had been shot dead in front of a police station in Chhattisgarh four years ago.
His son Satish Jaggi had named the then chief minister Jogi and Amit as prime suspects.
Satish has now said he will move the High Court against the acquittal of Amit Jogi.
