| IBSA foreign ministers to meet |

| India, Brazil and South Africa - the group known as IBSA, will hold its tri-lateral Foreign Minsterial meet on Tuesday in Delhi.
They are expected to enchance trade besides strengthening cooperation in energy defence and other fields.
The meet will be chaired by External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee.
The three sides are expected to review the progress IBSA has made since the first ''landmark'' Summit in Brazil in September last year.
The group has set a trade target of US $10 billion for this year. Their discussions will centre around ways in which this can be achieved
