| Mumbai building collapse kills 29 |
| At least 29 people were killed and many others injured in a building collapse in the Indian city of Mumbai (Bombay).

| Officials say people are still trapped in the rubble of the seven-storey building in the Borivali suburb.
The accident took place on Wednesday evening and rescuers used bulldozers and cranes to sift through the debris through the night to find survivors.
Authorities say faulty repair work being carried out on the building could have caused the collapse.
No warning
Mumbai city's Municipal Commissioner Jayraj Phatak, told the BBC at least 20 to 25 people were still stuck in the rubble. He said rescuers were trying to find them.
"We have added 100 more labourers to remove the debris because one-fourth of the rubble is yet to be removed," he said.
The building had shops and offices on the ground floor and residential quarters on the other floors.
It is not yet clear what caused the collapse. Mr Phatak said he would investigate reports that a supporting column had been removed from the building during renovations.
The building collapsed on Wednesday evening without any warning, trapping numerous people living and working there in the rubble.
In Indian cities where land is at a premium, thousands continue to live in old and dilapidated buildings and civic authorities are often accused of not enforcing building codes
