| Sanjay to appear in TADA court |
| Nine policemen meanwhile have been suspended in connection with their effusive sendoff to the actor when he was released from jail last Thursday.

| Actor Sanjay Dutt is likely to appear before the TADA court in Mumbai.
The actor is out on bail as he has not received a copy of the order convicting him to six years in jail. He will go back to Pune's Yerwada jail once he gets a copy of the judgement.
Nine policemen meanwhile have been suspended in connection with their effusive sendoff to the actor when he was released from jail last Thursday.
The policemen shook hands and some of them embraced Dutt as he went off.
The inquiry will be conducted by Satish Mathur, IG, Prisons Maharashtra who will submit his report to the government.
According to the Maharashtra Home Minister the policemen's action violated the police manual and service rules.
