| The Bombay High Court has given Allister Pereira three years rigorous imprisonment in the drunk driving case.
Allister was found guilty of rash driving when he mowed down seven people on a pavement on Mumbai's Carter Road area on November 12, 2006.
The lower court had earlier sentenced Pereira to six months in jail. Pronouncing a stricter sentence for Pereira, the Bombay HC judge said there was no cause for sympathy in the case.
