| The fate of Uma Khurana, the target of a fake hidden camera expose, is likely to be decided on Wednesday in the Delhi High Court.
The Police is expected to submit a report to the High Court on her role in what the fake sting claimed to be a prostitution racket.
The police have so far found no evidence to prove that Khurana was forcing her students into prostitution by blackmailing them.
The Crime Branch jointly interrogated both Khurana and Prakash Singh, the Live India reporter, who carried out the fake sting operation on Tuesday.
''Crime Branch will submit the report to the Education Department of the Delhi government stating there is no evidence against Uma Khurana.
''As far as our initial investigations are concerned, there is no evidence against her,'' said Rajan Bhagat, PRO, Delhi Police.
The court had on Monday ordered her release on bail.
