| Fire breaks out at puja pandal |
| There are no reports of casualties but some people who were inside the pandal at the time were injured.

| Durga puja celebrations turned sour at Delhi's Chittaranjan Park, when a fire gutted one of the most popular pandals of the area.
The fire broke out at the Pocket 40 Navapalli puja at around 3 am (IST) on Friday.
There are no reports of casualties but some people who were inside the pandal at the time were injured.
The fire has also damaged neighbouring houses and cars.
The incident on the eve of Ashtami, the main day of Durga puja, has cast a shadow on the festivities in Delhi's Bengali hub.
