| The sentencing in the Uphaar case has been postponed as arguments are still on. The sentencing is likely to take place on Friday.
The court was to announce the quantum of sentence a day after 12 people including real estate barons Sushil and Gopal Ansal were held guilty for the death of 59 people by suffocation in the 1997 Uphaar tragedy.
The sentencing is likely to take place on Friday.
Families of the victims are disappointed because the owners of the cinema hall, the Ansals, only face a maximum of two years in jail.
