| Buddhadeb apprises PM on Nandigram |
| The Chief Minister apprised the Prime Minister about the developments in the state during the last few months, sources in the PM office said.

| West Bengal Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee on Monday met Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in New Delhi and briefed him about the situation in Nandigram and other developments in the state in the past few months.
The Chief Minister apprised the Prime Minister about the developments in the state during the last few months, sources in the PM office said.
Asked if the Nandigram issue also figured during the 30-minute meeting, the sources replied in the affirmative.
Bhattacharjee, who is here to attend the two-day CPI(M) Politburo meeting, did not comment on his meeting with the Prime Minister.
