| Flight leaves without passengers |

| Some passengers of the Go Air flight from Mumbai to Ahmedabad, which was supposed to take off from the airport at 11.05 pm last night, found that after a significant delay the gates had been closed without allowing them on board.
These 24 passengers insist that there was no announcement or intimation that the flight was ready to leave. Go Air has not given any comments as yet.
''Finally what has happened is that we said you give us the refund because we don't want to fly. They said we cannot give any refund as we are low cost airlines and the flight has now finally taken off leaving 24 passengers who are standing here with a valid boarding pass, valid security checks and their baggage has been thrown out. They have been kicked out of the airport by the airport authorities as well,'' said Malhar Mehta, passenger.
''If the flight is delayed for more than two hours they are required to give us some facilities. They are duty bound to at least intimate us forget the facilities. But no intimation was given and no announcement was made and the flight took off,'' said Amit Kotak, passenger.
