| Tamil Nadu has been receiving quite heavy rain since last night.
Although rain has stopped in Chennai, heavy showers are being experienced in the delta region including Trichy and Thanjavur districts.
Schools across the state have been closed. Four people died in a building collapse and trains services were affected for a few hours.
