An euphoric BJP on Friday dubbed its poll victory in Himachal Pradesh, which came after the success in Gujarat, as the start of a ''process of change'' that would culminate at the Centre, a claim dismissed by both the ruling Congress and the Left.

CPI National Secretary D Raja was of the view that secularism alone was not enough to resist the 'Modi-brand of communalism'. ''Both imperialism and communalism are dangerous for democracy,'' he said
