| A second identification parade of the suspects in the New Year molestation case will be held in Mumbai on Monday.
Two photographers of the Hindustan Times had identified 10 suspects last week. The accused are at the Arthur road jail and are also scheduled to be released on bail.
Two women were molested by a mob of 50 people outside a five star hotel in Mumbai on New Years Eve.
National outrage followed the incident, which was caught on camera but the police lodged an FIR only after massive public pressure.
After the Mumbai police was criticised for its lax handling of the case, the police as well as the state government swung into action.
The state government ordered a special fast track court for the case and the Deputy Chief Minister asked the Police Commisioner to take very stern action against those arrested, action that would serve as a deterrent for others.
