UP Police rough up Mulayam's son
On Tuesday, students of the KKC college were lathicharged for protesting against restrictions on the students union.

The Samajwadi Party is on the warpath after Mulayam Singh's brother Shivpal Yadav and his son Akhilesh were allegedly manhandled by the UP Police.

On Tuesday, students of the KKC college were lathicharged for protesting against restrictions on the students union.

When Samajwadi Supremo Mulayam Singh's son and brother reached the college to protest against the lathicharge, they were reportedly manhandled by the police.

Mulayam Singh's brother was pushed around and slapped during the scuffle.

The Samajwadi Party has accused its rival Mayawati of playing politics of revenge.

Angry after that incident, Samajawadi Party workers are protesting on the streets of Lucknow, the police had to use water cannons and teargas to disperse the crowds.
