| Drunken driving collision in Mumbai |

| Despite a crackdown on drunken driving in Mumbai, five allegedly drunk youngsters collided with another car in Lowe Parel.
Reportedly under the influence of alcohol, they were seriously injured after their Santro car collided with a Tata Indigo on a flyover.
All five have been admitted to KEM hospital. Although there were no casualties, actual reports on the boys' condition would be clearer a little later.
Sources in the police and the hospital said that all of them were drunk.
Aged between 25-32, they were all Citibank employees and returning home after a party at Andheri.
A beer bottle was also found in the car. There is no information on those travelling in the Indigo car since it was empty when the police reached the spot.
The Mumbai traffic police has been trying to crack down on druken driving by registering over 12000 drunken driving cases.
Also procuring a jail term for over 5600 people. While, it managed to instill fear in some, the others have been flouting rules and ending up with accidents.
