| NDTV office attackers seek bail |
| On Saturday, members of a right wing group called the Hindu Samrajya Sena had attacked the NDTV office in Ahmedabad.

| Two people accused of attacking the NDTV office in Ahmedabad on Saturday have applied for anticipatory bail in a local court.
Their bail applications will be heard on Wednesday.
On Saturday, members of a right wing group called the Hindu Samrajya Sena had attacked the NDTV office in Ahmedabad.
No arrests have been made so far despite promises of action from the state government.
Ashok Sharma, the leader of the right wing group is named as the main accused in the case.
The provocation for the attack was NDTV running an opinion poll... asking who should be awarded the Bharat Ratna, with one of the choices as M F Husain.
