| NRI dies at Mumbai airport due |
| Co-passengers accused the airport authority of not being equipped to provide emergency services and blamed them for the passenger's death.

| An NRI coming in from Malaysia died following a cardiac arrest at the Mumbai's Chatrapati Shivaji airport and passengers allege poor medical support at the airport.
The deceased Girdharilal Jagjivan was waiting at the baggage counter when he collapsed, his wife and co-passengers called for the airport doctor. It's not yet known if he had previous heart ailment history.
Co-passengers accused the airport authority of not being equipped to provide emergency services and blamed them for the passenger's death.
They said that it took about 20 minutes for a doctor to come to the patient's aid and an ambulance to take him to the hospital was available only after half an hour, but no one has filed a complaint.
The passengers also said that the doctor was drunk and that they had asked the Malaysian Airlines crew to help but they did not.
The police said that his body will be taken for a post mortem but there is no case as of now against anybody.
