| Panic among chicken buyers in Delhi |
| Delhi gets its poultry from neighbors like Haryana, Punjab and Rajasthan.

| Rumors of bird flu affected poultry making its way into Delhi markets has spread panic in the capital with more and more buyers staying away from chicken.
The worst hit is Delhi's Ghazipur Mandi on the Ghaziabad border where the demand for chicken has dropped sharply.
Delhi gets its poultry from neighbors like Haryana, Punjab and Rajasthan.
While these states have not reported bird flu yet, but reports of about 5,000 chicken deaths in Haryana has made quite a few in Delhi nervous.
