| |
The successful candidate will lead a design team in Bangalore, India, reporting to India Site Manager and matrix reporting to Senior Managers in US. He/She works with the Flash design team in Sunnyvale to architect, design and develop NAND based Flash memory products utilizing state of the art non-volatile technologies. In this highly visible role you will perform the following duties:· Build and Lead a team of 10+ Flash Design Engineers and Layout Designers· Working with Experts and Process Engineers, define new Flash Memory chip Architecture, Specs and do feasibility study· Plan, Staff and Execute NAND designs, co-ordinate characterization and Test efforts and take the chip into High volume production· Coach and Mentor Team members in Flash Memory design and development· Coordinate Design efforts with multi-site team members and Experts to meet schedule· Work with Characterization team and Product/Test Engineers in Pre- and Post-Silicon stages to take it High Volume Production |
