The position is for 'Manager-HR' for Oracle Corporation. The position, based at Bangalore, is for a large business unit and reports into Group Manager HR.
Job Requirements
The candidate must be an MBA (HR or PM&IR) / MSW (full time course)from a reputed institute with at least 8 years of experience in diverse areas of HR including Performance Management, Career Development, Competencies and Employee Relations. While the experience could be in any industry (Manufacturing / Engineering / Service) or across industries, experience in IT or BPO would be an advantage.
Additionally. the candidate must possess the following;
Sound conceptual knowledge
Strong communication skills (Spoken & written)
Ability to work in a matrix structure
Ability to function in a highly quality conscious and productivity driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

The role would involve working with closely with the HR team and stakeholders to support and implement HR initiatives for the business unit. Areas of work would include
