Description : |
| |
Logistics analyst design, implement and operationally manage the processes in the area of transportation, third party logistics, customs, and export administration.
The incumbent will be reporting to the India logistics operation manager, his/her roles and responsibilities are as follows;
- Manage the daily domestic transportation management and network to effectively serve different GTMs ( Channel, Volume Direct and Value)
- Plan and drive volume spike and revenue maximization
- Manage the POD TAT, timeliness and compliance of logistics service providers.
- Manage the daily transportation to support factory operations (from various port of entry)
- Manage the 3rd party logistic service providers to meet our SLAs (e.g. Delivery TAT & Quality)
- Drive daily and weekly escalation meeting to resolve crisis if required
- Manage the reverse logistics flow between HP and customers, interacting with Order Management and E-team
- Track, control and continuous improvement of trading expense |
