Description : |
| |
Strategic Project planning, development including project viability and due diligence.
- Development & implementation of installation & commissioning plans and procedures that will guide and drive predictable results and profits
- Handling the project progress, optimum distribution & utilization of resources, keeping projects under control & in speed, meeting the project delivery schedules, productivity improvement, updating on design & execution protocols/ procedures.
- Managing EPC contracts, vendor management for multi location project contracts
- Outsourcing of project activities, heavy equipment sourcing & deployment which includes cranes, JCB's, Excavators etc.
- Selection, training and deployment of manpower as per business plans.
- Understanding of land acquisition processes.
- Lead project team with high morale & motivation, to achieving results with safety & quality |
