v End to end recruitment for US Market.
v Requirement Analysis (understanding of requisition).
v Screening and short listing of candidates as per clients requirements.
v Sourcing of resumes through portal/references/database.
v Short listing and Scheduling. Coordinating further rounds of interviews and all follow up action thereafter till closures.
v Offer formality and Salary negotiations.
v Recruitment through Jobsites, Recruitment Consultants, Internal References, Advertisements, Personal contacts.
v End-End Recruitment Process.
v Ensure that Recruitment plans & targets are met on schedule & within the budget.
v Responsible for achieving results that may affect deadlines.
v Follow up the candidates till they joining.
v Contacting candidates and conducting preliminary interviews which include communication skills, current skills and expectations.
v Hands on experience in job Portals .
v Understanding various client requirements.
v Educating the candidate on the job profile.
v Initial screening of profiles based on requirements and assessing their communication, technology, competency, attitude and fitment.
v Involved in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing profiles to salary negotiation and on boarding of candidates.
v Rate negotiations with Vendors on C2C resourcing and with Green Cards / Citizens on W2 basis.
