Description : |
| |
Represent Treasury for India entities.
Provide India support for Treasury activities, ensure treasury compliance to Global treasury, banking and Finance policies, increase control around cash and disbursements and provide the correct level of separation of duties.
Ensure compliance with SOX.
Assume disbursement function from local accounting.
Monitors and analyzes company cash positions to cover cash commitments.
Compiles short-term and long-term cash forecasts and recommends investment of excess cash. Acts as local contact for local banking issues, recommending best practice treasury solutions.
Assists in other treasury projects as directed.
