esponsible for more complex resolutions of trouble call and service request where needed. Accountable for customer service to identify and meet SLA levels of support for heartbeat and day-to-day support of the Client messaging environment including: Exchange 2010, Microsoft Lync 2010 environment including Audio, IM and Online Meeting, Blackberry Enterprise services, RightFax Enterprise Services, Tandberg and Cyviz audio and Video collaboration tools and SharePoint 2010.
Manage and administer all e-mail messaging systems and their corresponding or associated software and hardware. This includes Microsoft Exchange 2010, Microsoft Lync 2010 Servers, and a fully implemented Unified communications environment. Install, configure, and initiate software, and any other corresponding equipment. Monitor and test e-mail server software performance and provide statistics and reports. Monitor and analyze e-mail system activities to ensure maximum performance, efficiency, and availability. Maintain and troubleshoot mail routing, replication, thresholds, and dead-letter files. Create private and public mailing folders and lists, calendaring services, address books, and shared mail applications. Support Microsoft Exchange Domino Connector. Add, remove, certify, and move new or existing end-user accounts and administer permissions and access rights.
Monitor and test email server software performance and provide statistics and reports. Analyze email system or application usage and plan for growth or increases in network capacity. Administer and maintain Lotus Notes database, antivirus management and error log tracking. |
