We have a paying guest spot available at our place .You'll get a full furnished big independent room, in our nice big spacious house. This room comes with Meals or No Meals (Your Choice) and Rent includes all utilities - Heat , Water , Gas , Electricity , High Speed Internet (Comcast) and Cable TV connection in your room . Bus Stop is right outside the house , so if you are new in the town or do not have the vehicle - No Problem. To sweeten the pot there is a large backyard attached to the house which you can use to just lazy around reading a book ,listen to music or as a jogging track (Again Your Choice). We will also provide a small fridge and a microwave in your room for your convinience. Laundary facility is in the basement .

Room Rent is $650 with Meals (Breakfast , Lunch , Dinner and whatever filler snacks and Beverages you might want during the course of the day) and $500 if you choose not to include meals .
