I am subleasing my 2 bed 2 bath apartment from January 1st. The lease expires in June, so you can either take it for a short term, or even renew it in June. The apartment rents at 1600$, however I am more than willing to negotiate for a reasonable offer. It is an indian neighbourhood and the community has a nice recreation center. Uncovered parking is free, and a covered one goes for 35$ a month. It is very conveniently located with a ten minute walk to the overlake transit center, Apna bazaar, Indian bazaar and the really awesome chaat places.
