Maintain and grow centralized database repository, classification and segmentation of the database .. some background on our actual work; highlight ability to periodically collect contacts across the organization, inside sales support for events - database profiling, segmentation, extracting databases for events, follow up of events - data entry, initial follow-ups, post event follow-ups, reporting database snapshots
Competencies: Skills in using CRM systems, web research tools .
Database handling using Excel and other tools
High level proficiency in MS Office and Database management tools
Extremely proactive
Positive, enthusiastic, success oriented personality, excellent communication skills
Commitment to deadlines
Good listening skills and ability to understand requirements, and bring them out on paper
Providing support to internal as well across the departments
Must have worked in Sales/marketing department Technical skills:
