This person will need to be able to lead and direct a small team of developers/coders on ServiceNow (ServiceNow is a ticket tracking tool that competes with Remedy).
This person will need to understand how ServiceNow integrates into other tools and how it works and how it basically speaks with each other.
They will need knowledge of Remedy and how their current system is set up to better build the ServiceNow product.
They will need to know how to code and give some guidance to others on the team (which they have not identified the team yet, so they dont know how big it will be).
Depending how the project goes, they may also have to build a user interface.
The duration is 6 months right now. This could be extended down the line, depending how the project goes.
Requirements:
Must have extensive experience and knowledge of ServiceNow
Must have management experience
Must have knowledge of Remedy
Must know how to code
Minimum high school diploma/GED, bachelor's highly preferred
