Description : |
| |
•Manage the delivery of enhancement releases and large scale development projects
•develop project plans, schedules and budgets;
•manage project risks and issues;
•facilitate regular project status meetings;
•document and communicate key project decisions;
•provide weekly status reports to Management;
•effectively manage scope and change control.
•Allocate project resources: Ensure that appropriate resources are assigned to each project and that projects can be completed on time. Flag and report bottlenecks and changing project priorities in order to maximize project flow and overall efficiency. Ensure all resources are tracking their time via PWA Project Server.
•Assist in establishing standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation and process improvements. Effectively apply the SDLC methodology and enforce project standards. Participate in project audits when requested.
•Act as liaison between the Business Lead and cross functional teams. Mitigate team conflict and communication problems. Handle internal escalations and resolutions appropriately.
