Our direct client, a Major Multinational Corporation, is looking for a QA Analyst to perform end to end testing functions for eCommerce software applications. This individual is
responsible for, maintaining, and executing an effective and appropriate testing and quality assurance strategy for the organization.
Must have:
* Experience creating, and executing manual test cases. This role requires planning and managing functional testing activities for the launch and post-launch releases.
* Must be well versed in effectively performing the QA functions in the scrum based software development model.
* Exposure to Automation test execution using UFT 11.5 version is required.
* excellent communications
* Some Mobile testing is a huge plus.
Responsibilities Include:
* Ensures that products, applications, and systems are in compliance with established quality standards, and meet the Business requirements.
* Create Test Plans and maintains it during all testing cycles/phases.
* Translate Business priorities and risks in QA Test Plans
* Develop detailed test cases encompassing all possible uses of the application
* Follow up on bug fixes, maintain test schedules and seek timely escalation
* Ensure that the Quality Center is effectively harnessed for test management activities
* Create, maintain and manage testing data. * Schedule Automation test execution, Run UFT scripts with various datasets, analyze Automation test results, detect & present
issues uncovered.
* Assist the QA Performance Testing team with test validation activities pertaining to the application
* Monitors and reports on defects |
