6+ years implementing/supporting PeopleSoft Human Capital Module (HCM).
PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 experience or higher.
5+ years of current experience developing with PeopleTools v8.50 or higher.
Thorough understanding of Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQL, SQR, XML Publisher, Crystal, Application Designer, Trace, and other development tools.
5+ years of current experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting, PL/SQL, Java.
Good understanding of Oracle databases.
Good SQL query tuning knowledge for performance.
Bachelor's degree in IS, Business, or related field, or 5+ years relevant experience in a corporate IT environment.
Excellent documentation skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong team contributor, take charge individual, self-motivated, and business oriented.
Self-motivated independent worker, able to lead initiatives from beginning to end.
