Typically has the following skills or abilities:
* Bachelor*s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or related field or equal experience
* Twelve years of increasingly responsible experience in developing and/or maintaining business applications
* Twelve years management/project management experience in a web-based environment
* Ten years previous management and/or supervisory experience
* Software development experience in Java, web services, system integrations and relational database platforms
* Demonstrated experience in implementing significant systems and process changes; proven ability to work in partnership with other managers to accomplish objectives
* Proven ability to determine priority of projects and assignments based on quantifiable business benefits and available resources
* Proven ability to effectively manage multiple, simultaneous tasks, problems and projects
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
