They are seeking a PHP Developer to add to their Web Marketing team who will be supporting their core web site and working on other Marketing projects. The core site also has a number of plug-ins and other apps that tie into it's core which this role will also support. The Web team is also responsible for creating Micro Sites special for new product releases, managing the development for their online store, as well as their news Blog.
A major project that the Web team is currently planning for the Sales/Marketing Departments is a CMS systems that they will be building from the ground up. This is a "Content Management System" that their sales and marketing departments will use for client interactions and tracking.
The position will be interacting with the business users to help define/create requirements in order to help increase the user experience. In this role, the web developer will be encouraged to provide new ideas on technology and process as it relates to web development.
Education and Experience:
* BS in computer science or related field preferred
* 3-5 years experience as a Web Developer
