* Must have 5 years of solid Ruby on Rails development experience on Linux Operating System
* Must have solid hands on development experience in Ruby on Rails, AJAX, Javascript, XHTML, CSS, Apache, Phusion Passenger, Git version control system, and MySQL
Ability to build web application from XHTMLs/Wireframes, Bootstrap
* Advanced understanding on front end optimizations
