They currently have a need for a Mainframe Programming Analysts within this group. They will be responsible for supporting the Online EFT system and the 3rd party software (FIS:Connex Switch). This would include a lot of research analysis, troubleshooting and bug fixing code. They must be able to work under minimal supervision and support all aspects of the FIS Connex Switch, CMS Settlement system and DataNavigator. They wil be supporting existing custom code and eventually move into new development down the line. Must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills. This person needs to be able to work through issues and problems on their own to find an answer. They must have an understand of EFT process flows and how it impacts the customer. Financial industry experience is a huge plus. Must have experience working in a mainframe environment and able to work through Assembler at a basic level. Must have the ability to read, understand, and interpret and properly correlate technical documentation, particularly network ISO and processing specifications, as well as efficently utilize application specific documentation. Ideally this person would also have knowledge of ISO 8583.
