We are getting ready to implement the start of converting 70 terabytes of data, and all users from ApplicationXtender (EMC product) to OnBase. One of the biggest user groups of that system is what we call "PFS" which stands for patient financial services.
This is the department that performs hospital billing services for Hopkins. Need a consultant to manage converting this group from AX to OnBase, who has experience in hospital billing workflows, OnBase administration and functionality, and Epic Resolute.
The scope of the engagement would be someone leading the conversion from start to finish for this group, and then performing an assessment of their current state workflows (already captured but verification required), and what their workflows would be once in Resolute, and then delivering a report on what OnBase functionality could be delivered (im guessing electronic documents and or automation) to create an annual cost savings for them, and a ballpark of what that cost savings would be
