Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of production support or technology administration supporting internal RDBMS systems
- 5+ years of Sybase database and replication administration experience
- 5+ years of UNIX platform experience with shell scripting
- Understand the systems development process and have a solid understanding of business processes
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with file structures, design, retrieval, access, methods, etc
